I have an asus XU with windows I shutted it down and when I turned it on again it was stuck in the Asus logo and a diagnosing your pc message, followed by a never ending loop. I read the other foros, none of the solutions about pressing f9 work. Do you know what else can I do? I read about windows 10 recovery disk, where can I find one?

Stern and it stays on that screen diagnosing your PC it doesn't come up to any type of screen where I can do an advanced startup or anything that you have mentioned I've pressed f8 pressed F9. I have not done anything new with my computer it is automatically updated on its own for Windows I did a full system scan the other day everything was fine on my computer a month ago I did a dism.
Exe restore health and it came back as everything was okay no system or image Corruptions everything was fine until I turn on my computer today please help me should I wait does it take a long time to get from the diagnosing your PC to the screen that's the advanced troubleshooting or what I am at a loss there's no way I can lose what's on this computer I Windows 10 my image version Windows image version on the screenshots that I had from the restoreHealth as Used and worked days after.
Besides that, Only used computer once in guest mode to watch movie on windows app through Netflix on April 4th. Nothing was acting strange. Booted up fine. Currently GB of gb being used if I remember right when I checked a few days ago.
Which is all document writing that hasn't been backed up due to my external hard drive non existent since Oct. When I was only using about 12 gb of that hard drive lots to lose!!! To actually getting into what I need. I shut this thing off multiple times and it hasn't got me to the menu that I'm seeing online screenshots about.
I don't know if I'm just not waiting long enough and it will get there; or what but, everything on this computer is literally my whole life. No one could even imagine what I would lose if I can't recover this stuff. My fault for not backing it up in time. I know. I should have but, someone please help me. I am begging.

Diagnosing doesn't work, none of the above works. It has 1 tb hard drive Currently GB of gb being used if I remember right when I checked a few days ago. Purchased about march year ago Only software on the computer Microsoft - word, excel, powerpoint. I don't know what to do. This site in other languages x.
